Amazing work done by steven and GB building north east! They converted our garage in to a living room within 5-6 days! We are so happy with all of the work done and love our new space! Couldn't recommend this company any more, they gave us a full detailed breakdown of the work that needed done and the full cost. We were kept up to date constantly with everything that was going on which was brilliant. Excellent service from these guys they will definitely be our first choice for any future work!

Very pleased with our new extension. Steven, Paul, Dan & Callum are very friendly and we can not fault their workmanship. You can not tell this is an extension, they have matched the brickwork in perfectly and the interior finish is excellent.

The lads of GB Building North East have done a marvellous job converting the garage. Paul, Dan and Steve work well together as a team and put time and effort into the detail. They cleaned up the site every evening before leaving including jet washing the drive. Any problems or concerns I had were dealt with by Steve efficiently. I would recommend them and would use them again.

GB Builders, went to great effort to complete an estimated 2 day job by turning up beforehand to remove a large window plus frame, to join 2 rooms together where a window over a brick wall was not load-bearing. They attended promptly and worked late in order to meet the time schedule, which was very impressive. The job was finished by the firm's employees to our complete satisfaction. We would not hesitate should we need them again.

From the first meeting to the completed build Paul and Steve were fantastic. Their ideas, input and knowledge was first class, they made us feel very involved and nothing was ever a hassle for them. We loved that they cover the whole service from planning to building to interior fittings. Any small issues that were encountered along the way were dealt with quickly, expertly and without any problem. Both Paul and Steve were very knowledgable and nothing was too much trouble for them.
We had in mind what we would like for the extension and GB building delivered more than what we could have hoped for. We are so pleased with the finished build and are enjoying having the extra space. As well as Steve and Paul, the rest of the staff were amazing. So friendly , polite and respectful and again nothing was ever too much trouble for them. Even neighbours commented on how professional, tidy and pleasant all of the GB building team were. The team at GB Building were honest, hard working, professional and tidy, with a very fair and competitive quote. We would,and indeed have already, recommended GB building to family and friends and will definitely be calling them again next time we are looking for some building work carried out. Job is not yet finished about 6 weeks in to an estimated 12 weeks. All is going well so far we are pleased with the work and happy with the progress. All involved have been pleasant and helpful
